The Emergency First Response (EFR) course
is a must for anyone planning to take the PADI Rescue Diver course and
beyond—but it’s also open to non-divers.

With Dive Passion Mauritius, you'll
receive this essential training in a welcoming, professional environment in Belle
Mare, on the east coast of Mauritius.

The EFR course teaches you how to respond to
medical emergencies, with a focus on CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation),
AED (Automated External Defibrillator) use, secondary care, and how to
manage stress in emergency situations.

The course includes:
• An eLearning module to complete at your own pace before arrival
• A 1-day practical session at the dive center with realistic scenarios, led by a certified EFR instructor

These are life skills that are valuable both in diving and everyday situations.

• Good physical condition

• On-site classroom and outdoor area for practical scenarios

• Full-day course (~6 hours total)
• Available Monday to Saturday
• Flexible timing depending on availability and group size
• Can be scheduled before or after your Rescue Diver course
