Full Description

The PADI Wreck Diver Specialty introduces you to the exciting world of wreck
exploration while emphasizing safety. You’ll learn how to recognize structural
features, plan safe wreck dives, and follow proper penetration protocols.
The course includes 4 dives spread over 2 days and is paired with an eLearning
module to complete at your own pace. All sessions are led by experienced
instructors at sites chosen based on sea conditions and weather.

Specialty Objectives

• Plan and conduct safe wreck dives
• Assess risks associated with submerged structures
• Apply proper navigation techniques around wrecks
• Use spool, surface marker buoy (SMB), and dive lights effectively
• Learn the basics of limited wreck penetration (optional)

Course Content

1. PADI Wreck Diver eLearning (personal access provided)
2. Technical briefings on safety, procedures, and signaling
3. 4 open water wreck dives around Belle Mare
4. Hands- on practice: mapping, buoyancy control, penetration techniques
5. Educational debriefs after each dive

Participation Requirements

• Adventure Diver or Advanced Open Water Diver certification (or equivalent)
• Minimum age: 15 years
• Good physical health (medical form required)
• Mandatory dive insurance
• No diving within 24 hours before flying

Schedule & Duration

• Duration: 2 consecutive days
• 2 dives per day
• Available start times: 08:30 or 10:30
• Session duration: approx. 2.5 to 3 hours (check-in, briefing, navigation, dive)
• Dive sites located 10–15 minutes by boat from Belle Mare beach

• Access to PADI Wreck Diver eLearning
• Instruction by certified professionals
• 4 wreck dives in open water
• Full equipment provided:
o BCD, regulator, wetsuit, mask, fins
o Spool, SMB, torch, compass
• Official PADI Wreck Diver certification
• Drinking water available before/after each session

Not Included

• Transfers hotel ↔ dive center (available on request)
• Dive insurance (mandatory, must be presented or purchased on site)
• Underwater photos/videos (optional extras)
• Personal equipment (can be used if preferred)

• Available Monday to Saturday, year-round
• Advance booking recommended to receive eLearning access in time
• Small group or private sessions available upon request

• 50% refund up to 48 hours before
• No refund less than 48 hours before or in case of no-show
